What is CCM EasyGreen?

EasyGreen is a conventional mortgage with a green twist. It allows you to finance the cost of energy-efficient appliances and home improvements into the mortgage for your primary residence at a reduced interest rate.

The goal is to make your home more energy efficient, ultimately reducing energy consumption and lowering utility bills to make homeownership more affordable. The energy-efficient improvements can be financed as part of a home purchase or refinance of an existing home loan.
