My background and specialization is in jumbo and private bank portfolio residential mortgage products in all 50 states. I am well versed in self employed and alternative income analysis such as: corporation and partnership cash flows; K-1 distribution breakdowns; asset reviews of dividend, interest, dissipation and capital gains; and multi layered trusts and pass through entities.
Since 2009, I have originated over 1.1 Billion in loan volume, helping 1,900 families with their home purchases and refinances.
Prior to my current position, I was a Private Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo, a Senior Account Executive at HSBC Mortgage, a Credit Analyst for Card Works (a venture of Hyperion Partners), and spent ten years in development/ finance/ physical production on various independent and studio productions in New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto. Most of my tenure in the film industry was under legendary Executive Producer Michael Hausman (Nobody’s Fool, Man on The Moon, Gangs of New York). In addition, I was a former teaching tennis professional at the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Bradenton Florida and Deerfield, Massachusetts.
I have served as Board Member for the Faded Red Rugby Alumni Association for Cornell University’s Rugby Programs and am actively involved with the Ivy League Rugby Conference. My family and I are active Members of St. Andrews Episcopal Church, Pittsburgh, PA and supporters of The Ellis School, Pittsburgh, PA and Temple Sinai, Pittsburgh, PA.
